The Progress of the pupil is assessed by means of Mid-Term and Terminal Examinations. The Unit Tests are also conducted for the Board Exam Students. The Final Exam alone is not the deciding factor for Promotion. Therefore the students should improve their learning skills through these examinations.
Art, Physical Education, Moral Science, Environmental Studies and Computer Science Examinations are also taken into consideration for ranking and promotion. Students shall appear for all examinations in Blue Shorts / Trousers and white Slack and Shirts Uniform Pupils who absent themselves from anyone of the Examinations without valid reasons and without prior permission, will not be considered for promotion to the next class.
Even if absent with prior permission, no re-exam will be conducted except for students who represented the School for some Competitions of Programmes with the permission of the Principal, Theses students will approach the Principal immediately after the Marches / Competitions and will sit for the re-exam. Progress Cards of the term examinations, sent to the parents must be returned to the School duly signed within three days.
Those who indulge in malpractices of any type particularly pertaining to Examinations will be expelled from the School with immediate effect. During the examinations, students are not allowed to borrow any object from their fellow students.
